Integral event planning
From initial meetings, to understand your vision and preferences, to the design and timing of the wedding: we create a personalised concept based on your ideas and style and organise a detailed timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Design and decoration
We personalise the decoration according to your preferred theme, be it rustic, classic or modern. We also provide and have all the necessary furniture for the ceremony and reception.
Supplier selection and coordination
We include the selection and coordination of suppliers such as catering, photography and video, music and entertainment, florist, among others. Our years of experience in the sector have allowed us to know the best options for each couple.
Before and on the wedding day
Before the wedding day, we organise a detailed rehearsal to ensure that everyone is prepared. In addition, we coordinate the timing of every part of the wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We also offer assistance to the guests, so that they have what they need and feel welcome.
With us, there are essential issues that we always take into account when organising a wedding, such as the initial guest list, wedding budget, catering, photography and/or video, whether you prefer a church or officiant, DJ and/or band, make-up, hairdressing, guest accommodation, transport for the bride and groom and civil documents.
We also take care of the decoration project and wedding itinerary, which includes the style, colours and concept, as well as the design and sending of invitations, posters and stationery, photo booth, details for the guests, flowers, tableware and extra furniture, extra entertainment and lighting.
Finally, we take care of all the final details to ensure your wedding is perfect. This includes hair and make-up trials, menu testing, shopping for details, ordering stationery and signage, babysitters or entertainers for the children, beauty rituals for the bride, bridal choreography, final fitting of the bride’s dress and groom’s suit, closing the guest list, song list, special gifts and deliveries, table plan, guest distribution, vows of the bride and groom, logistics and timing of the wedding. We even take into account guest toiletry kits and contingency kits.
